1 stick butter
1 med. onion, diced or sliced
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp Cajun powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 sm. bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Lower
temperature and cook to thicken.
