1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared steak sauce
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
Dash of hot pepper sauce
Sauté onion in butter over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir
in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, simmer 20 minutes.
Refrigerate cooled barbecue sauce in tightly covered container for up to 2
weeks.
