1 c. water
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. black or red pepper (optional)
1 lg. fryer cut into quarters
Mix first 5-7 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil and remove from
heat. Cover chicken quarters with water and boil for 30 minutes, then transfer
to hot charcoal grill. Brown on both sides while basting with BBQ sauce.
