6 pork chops
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 envelope of meat marinade
SAUCE:
1 (18 oz.) reg. flavor Open Bit
1 stick butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Minced onion, to taste
White corn syrup, to taste
Marinate pork steak for 24 hours in meat marinate mix and
Italian dressing. Remove from marinate and brown on grill for about 20
minutes. After preparing barbeque sauce, use liberally on grilling pork steak.
Sauce preparation: Mix sauce in small saucepan and cook
to blend. Add corn syrup to taste.
