BBQ PORK CHOPS

pork chops (the thicker the better)
French dressing
pepper
any spices you enjoy are encouraged

 

Season the pork chops before putting on the grill. Make sure that the charcoals are very hot so that the chops cook properly. Cook the pork chops until 10 minutes, before you want to take them off, spread the French dressing over the chops. Cover and let baste for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy a tangy and fresh way to chow down on grilled chops
