COFFEE BBQ BEEF

3-4 lbs. arm roast
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee crystals
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 pinch garlic powder
4 dashes hot pepper sauce
Mix all ingredients together and pour over arm roast. Marinate in refrigerator overnight or 6 hours. Turn meat once or twice. Remove meat and pour marinade into oven dish.

Preheat grill. Place meat onto cooking grill. Spoon marinade over meat; reduce heat setting to low and close lid. After 25 minutes, turn meat and spoon more marinade. After 15 minutes, remove meat from grill and check for doneness. Place remaining marinade on grill and heat for 5 minutes. Carve meat in cross grain in thin slices. Use heated marinade as sauce.
