Ingredients:
2 lbs of lean hamburger
2 eggs mixed with ½ cup of milk
½ cup BBQ sauce …your choice
1 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Worchester sauce
½ cup Soya sauce
2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 large Spanish onion (minced in chopper)
½ cup of chili powder
Preparation:
Put hamburger into a large mixing bowl and loosen up the
meat
Mix in …½ cup BBQ sauce, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce…
½ cup Soya sauce … minced Spanish onion… ½ cup of chili powder
3 tbsp granulated garlic… 2 beaten eggs with milk...
and the 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
Mix these ingredients thoroughly together.
If you have a hamburger press you are a lucky one…
If you don’t have a hamburger press

If you don’t have a 28 oz tin lying around…
Then you will have to pat them out by hand …
Measure out about a cup of burger mix and roll into a ball…
Pat the burger down until it is flattened to about a ¼ inch …
Sprinkle the top of the flattened burger with some shredded
mozzarella cheese.
Make another patty like you did the first one and place it on top
of the patty with the cheese on it … press them together.
You may need more shredded cheese but that’s ok too.
