GINGER VEGGIES

1 bag frozen green beans or fresh green veggies
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. brown sugar
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash ginger
Crushed ginger snaps
Butter

 

Melt butter and mix with ginger snaps. Set aside.

Mix sour cream and other spices and sugar. Cook (steam) veggies. Mix with sour cream mixture. Top with cookie mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
