Shrimp Tarts

2 cans refrigerated butter flake dinner rolls
1 ( 4oz) can shrimp - rinsed and drained
1 egg - beaten
1/2 c Half and Half
1 tbsp Brandy
1 1/2 oz Gruyere cheese
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Spray tart pans with Pam. Divide each roll into 2 parts. Press into pans.
Add a couple shrimp to each tin. Combine egg, cream, brandy, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of mixture to each tin.
Cut small pieces of cheese and lay on top.
Bake 375* for 25 minutes.
May be wrapped in foil and frozen.
Reheat frozen at 375* for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields 36
