4 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
2 pkgs cream cheese
2 cans mushrooms - stems and pieces drained
season salt and season pepper to taste
1 egg - beaten
poppy seed
Using 2 cans crescent roll, press perforated parts together to make on big flat pastry.
In bowl, Mix together cream cheese, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Place half of mixture on end of the pastry.
Roll like a jelly roll, slice and brush with beaten egg.
Top with poppy seed.
Bake 375* for 10 to 15 minutes.
Can be frozen after baked. Reheat in microwave.
