Hot Wings

2 lbs Chicken wings
1 stick REAL butter
3/4 C. Dark Brown Sugar
6-8 cloves of garlic, pressed
8 T Louisiananna Hot Sauce
6T. Soy sauce
3T. Cayenne Pepper

Preheat oven to 475
Make sure to clip chicken wings into drummettes
Melt butter, brown sugar and garlic.
Add hot sauce, soy sauce and cayenne.
Add chicken to mixer and coat.
Cook for approx. 1 hour turning every 15 min. until dark and “sticky”.
