Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

1 8 0z pkg large fresh washed mushrooms - remove stems
1/2 cup finely minced crab meat (The fake crab works fine)
1/2 cup salad shrimp
1/4 cup diced sauted onion
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup mozzerella cheese

Mix crab, shrimp, onion, Cheddar cheese and pepper.
Prepare small pan with cooking spray and single layer
the mushroom caps. Fill caps with mixture. cover with mozzerella.
Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly
