| Bacon Spinach Dip 
Ingredients
1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup diced red skinned apple
1 (1-ounce) package dry vegetable soup mix
1 (2.0-ounce) jar HORMEL ® Bacon Pieces
Instructions
In medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach, apple and soup mix. Chill for
several hours. Just before serving stir in bacon pieces. Serve with assorted vegetables or
toasted bread slices.
